Immediately delivered digital content

The pack is custom-generated digital content delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing you agree that generation starts at once and acknowledge that, once the pack is delivered, you lose the 14-day EU right of withdrawal (art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

When we do refund

• You paid but the pack could not be generated (e.g. your photo had already been deleted).
• Generation fails persistently despite retries.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors.

In those cases the refund is 100%. Write to [email de contacto pendiente] with your pack link or the email on your receipt. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; you can also claim directly via the receipt Paddle sends you.

What is not grounds for a refund

Not liking the style or the likeness: the result is an AI-generated artistic interpretation and the free preview lets you judge it before paying.
