The service

GTlized, operated by [Titular pendiente de designar], generates illustrated portraits with artificial intelligence from the photo you upload. It is an entertainment service: the result is an AI-generated artistic interpretation and may vary; we do not guarantee an exact likeness.

Your obligations

  • Be over 18.
  • Upload only photos of your own face, or have explicit permission from the person in the photo (who must also be an adult).
  • Do not upload images of minors, of third parties without permission, or content that is illegal, sexual or infringes the rights of others.
  • Do not use the service to harass, defame or impersonate anyone.

You are responsible for how you use the generated images. We may refuse service where we detect abuse.

The paid pack

The pack (€3) includes your portrait in high resolution without watermark plus additional variations. Payment is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record (Paddle is the seller of record). Generation starts immediately after payment; see the refund policy. The pack can only be generated while your photo is still available (at most 1 hour after upload).

License to the result

You may use your generated images for personal purposes and on your social media. Note that EU rules require disclosing that content is AI-generated when you publish it; our images already carry a label and marking.

Intellectual property and trademarks

GTlized is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any video game company, and uses no trademarks, logos or material from any video game. The visual style is a generic crime-fiction aesthetic in a neon urban setting.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid. We are not responsible for temporary unavailability or for what third parties do with images you choose to share.

Governing law
